Shipping Policy
We do our very best to ensure fast and cost-effective shipping for you. All orders over £150 qualify for free next working day delivery (Monday to Friday).
- Orders placed by 11am on Monday to Thursday will be delivered the next day.
- Orders placed after 11am will be delivered two working days later.
- Orders placed before 11am on Friday will be delivered on Monday.
- Orders placed after 11am on Friday or over the weekend will be delivered on Tuesday.
Orders Under £150
A flat-rate shipping fee of £9 applies to all orders under £150.
For Larger Items we use a Pallet Service (over 30kg)
Our pallet deliveries are typically made on the next working day. However, in some cases, delivery may take 2–3 working days to complete.
All pallet deliveries are made to the curb side only. Please ensure you have enough people to move large or heavy items safely.
All listed pond liner and underlay orders over £150 qualify for free next working day delivery unless the pond liner or underlay requires a pallet delivery service which can take 2-5 days to deliver. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order.
Shipping Outside the UK
If you require delivery outside of the UK, please email hello@thepondemporium.co.uk before placing your order. Include the items you wish to purchase and your full address, and we will provide a shipping quote.
Collection
You can collect your order from our Bletchingley warehouse, Monday to Friday, between 8:00am and 5:00pm. Please email us in advance to arrange your collection.
Collections and Returns
In the unlikely event that you receive damaged or faulty goods, we will arrange a free collection of the items. Please inspect your goods carefully upon delivery and notify us within 48 hours if there are any issues.
We will typically send out replacement items free of charge as soon as possible.
